First, meet with our design team for custom graphics, or provide us your print-ready graphics. If you have custom graphics for our review, you can upload them here.
Next, we’ll provide a digital mockup of your design, so you can check to make sure that everything is just as you like it. This is your chance to make any changes needed.
Next, we will do a sew out of your design for you to come to see for yourself the quality of the design and material. This is your last proof before production starts.
Finally, once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email that your order has been completed and is ready for pickup. We can also schedule delivery if you’d like.

Embroidery uses thread to stitch your design directly into the fabric, giving it a raised, textured, and professional appearance. It’s especially durable and ideal for polos, jackets, hats, and thicker materials. Screen printing, on the other hand, applies ink to the surface of the fabric—great for large, colorful designs on T-shirts and lightweight apparel.
We can accommodate both small and large orders! While we don’t require a strict minimum, smaller orders may carry a one-time setup or digitizing fee to prepare your design for stitching. Bulk orders often benefit from volume pricing.
Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or artwork into a digital embroidery file that our machines can read. It maps out every stitch to ensure your design looks great on fabric. Once your design is digitized, we can reuse it on future orders without additional setup fees.
Yes, we can embroider items you provide, as long as they’re suitable for our machines. Just bring them in and we’ll take a look. If you prefer, we also offer a wide range of quality apparel options to choose from, which are guaranteed to work well with embroidery.
Turnaround time depends on the size of your order and whether your design is already digitized. Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days. Rush orders may be available—just ask, and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline!
